The Repertoire Intensive

For one substantial work or a selection of shorter pieces, typically around 15 minutes of repertoire. 

Includes four 45-minute individual online sessions, three video reviews and guided work throughout the seven weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

What prior experience is required?

Basic music-reading skills and the ability to play with both hands together independently are sufficient.

Does the repertoire need to be fully learned in advance?

No. Repertoire that is still in the learning process is also suitable.
For the Repertoire Intensive, it is helpful if the notes are already largely learned, leaving more room to focus on technique, sound and interpretation.

What level is the coaching suitable for?

The coaching is suitable for pianists with basic playing experience, as well as advanced and professional musicians.

What technical equipment is required?

An acoustic piano, grand piano or digital piano with weighted keys, together with a stable internet connection and a smartphone, tablet or computer.
A clear view of the keyboard and hands is sufficient; no additional audio equipment is required.

How does Online Piano Coaching with Video Feedback work?

Once the request has been confirmed, the coaching session is scheduled and payment is made.
A recording of up to approximately 10 minutes is then submitted.
This is followed by a personal, recorded video feedback.
The subsequent 45-minute online coaching session builds on this feedback and continues the work in a focused way.

How does the Repertoire Intensive work?

Before the programme begins, there is a short, informal online introduction to discuss the repertoire and goals.
After confirmation and payment, four individual 45-minute online coaching sessions and three video feedbacks alternate over the course of seven weeks.

When is payment required?

Payment is required only after the session or programme has been confirmed.
