“From Shadows to Light” is a lecture-concert and workshop devoted to selected piano works by Franz Liszt. The program explores the dramatic arc from darkness to illumination as a central interpretative concept.
Through brief historical and literary references, listening guidance, and live piano performance, motivic ideas, formal processes, and sound dramaturgy are revealed. Analytical insight and artistic experience are combined to deepen both performance practice and conscious listening.
