2.3.1 Visiting the Website

When visiting our website, the following data is automatically collected and stored in server log files:

3. General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Mimoza Keka Piano Academy

3.1 Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Dr. Mimoza Kjeka (“Provider”) and the participants of the Piano Academy. By enrolling in the annual program, participants (or their legal guardians in the case of minors) accept these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Description of Services
The Provider offers piano lessons in a structured annual program consisting of 36 individual lessons between September and July. Lessons can take place either online (via Zoom, Skype, etc.) or in person at the Munich studio. Instruction follows a fixed schedule agreed upon in advance.

3.3 Booking & Payment Conditions

  • Enrollment takes place via the registration form on the website or by e-mail.

  • The tuition fee for the annual program is fixed and divided into monthly installments.

  • Payment must be made via bank transfer or PayPal at the beginning of each month.

  • Without payment, there is no entitlement to lessons.

3.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • The agreed lesson times are binding.
  • Missed lessons cannot be made up or refunded.
  • Only in exceptional cases and subject to availability can a lesson be rescheduled.
  • The annual program always includes 36 guaranteed lessons.

3.5 Technical Requirements (for Online Lessons)

  • Participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a functioning device with camera and microphone.

  • Technical problems on the participant’s side do not entitle them to a refund or rescheduling.

3.6 Copyright
Teaching materials provided by the Provider are intended solely for personal use and may not be passed on or published without prior consent.

3.7 Liability Disclaimer

  • The Provider is not liable for any damage caused by improper use of instruments or technical devices.

  • No liability is assumed for internet or software malfunctions during online lessons.

3.8 Data Protection
Personal data will only be used to process the teaching agreement and will not be shared with third parties.

3.9 Final Provisions

  • German law applies.

  • If individual provisions of this agreement are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.


4. Use of Content & Press Section

4.1 Copyright & Ownership

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio recordings, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright and is the property of Dr Mimoza Kjeka unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, distribution, or other use is not permitted without explicit permission.

4.2 Press Section & Use of Media

Photos and texts provided in the press section may only be used for editorial and non-commercial purposes under the following conditions:

  • Use is limited to journalists, bloggers, and media representatives for press reports or concert announcements.
  • Images may not be edited or altered (except for resizing).

  • Commercial use without permission is prohibited.

4.3 Prohibited Use

It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Use this website’s content for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Return Policy and Cancellation Terms

5.1 Digital Products (Online Shop)
Since the products offered are exclusively digital products that can be downloaded or accessed immediately after purchase, no returns or refunds are possible. Once a digital product is purchased, a refund is excluded.

5.2 Piano Lessons

  • Academy Program: The signed annual contract is binding for the entire academic year. Refunds are not granted once the contract is signed, except in cases of long-term illness or force majeure, and only upon written request and approval.

  • Single Lessons: A refund is possible only if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance. For cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows, the full fee will be charged.

5.3 Notice Period
The annual contract renews automatically.
Termination during the ongoing academic year is not possible.
If a participant does not wish to continue for the following academic year, a written notice must be submitted no later than 3 months before the start of the new academic year.
